General Requirements

·        $150 minimum order on Kane & Couture and Bubba Dog required for wholesale pricing as well as proof of business

·        50% due upfront/ 50% at shipping

 

Payment Method

·        Credit card payment accepted: VISA/ MASTERCARD/ DISCOVER

·        COD (Money Order only)/ personal or company checks accepted (order ships once check clears)

 

Shipping & Handling

·        All orders are shipped via USPS Priority unless otherwise specified. Expedited shipping is available at additional cost.

·        Please allow 2-4 business days to process your order

·        Orders under $500 incur a $5 handling fee (in addition to shipping charges)

 

Return Policy

·        Please inspect your items upon receipt as returns are only accepted for defected items.

·        Defected items must be returned within 7 days of delivery, in their original and unused condition.

·        If any of these requirements are not met, a restocking fee of 20% will be assessed on the original purchase or items kept in stock. A restocking fee of 50% will be assessed on the original purchase price on custom orders and orders containing exotic skins.

Exchange Policy

·        Exchanges can be made within 7 days of delivery, assuming items are in their original and unused condition.

·        Defected items can be exchanged for the same items or your account may be credited for your next purchase.

Discount

·        Handling fee is waived for orders exceeding $500

·        10% off all orders over $1500/ 15% off orders over $3000/ 20% off orders over $6,000
